It’s Tuesday night and we are at Transcend.
Before I get started shout out to BodyWearBoss on the body wear tonight! My body wear is super cute and the goodies in my bag were really nice. I’m team orange tonight! Seems I’ll be in orange all season because my costume orange and my Tuesday wear is orange.
Anywaysssss…I had a lot of running around to do today so I decided I’d go for like 10/10:30 but looks like I’ll be there at 12 cause my ride eh reach yet.
They moved the start time to 9:30 so I guess I won’t be missing too much.
11:15 and my carnival goup chat tells me the truck is starting to move. Now y’all know I hate waiting 🫠

I hope I can do a lil chip around the stadium when I reach chpz. I mean I didn’t want to go too early but I wanted to reach in time to move with the truck.

To me this Transcend wasn’t making sense uh.
Idk if it’s cause I came late or when the truck stopped moving but it was very blehhhh
They had wayyy more people this year than the previous years so I’m happy to see the growth but with growth comes change so it might need a little revamp soon.
I find when the truck stops for everyone to party in an enclosed area the hype of the jump up dies drastically. For one, after we do one two laps around the stadium, everybody hype then to go inside the enclosed area, go through security all that hype done ih. They need to figure out a way to block off the entire area so people that doh have a ticket cannot enter not even jump.
Previously I said there was no drinks or food. Well I cannot confirm the drinks part because we had a bottle of Moet before we entered the enclosed area so I never went to look for a cup or a drink. There was food though, one food truck had wings apparently they ran out of fries but small ting. I’m not sure what the other tent had.
Overall I give transcend a 7/10. The videos from the lil jump up behind the truck in my group chat looked lit but after that everything was like blehhhh and a lot of people said the music was better before the truck was stationary.
